@XfinitySupport Three hours into this process and still no resolution. Being asked for all the same information I have previously provided. Worst customer service ever, especially being that I was wrongfully charged!

@Xfinity @XfinitySupport I have called customer service over 16 times in the last 5 months. I am owed a $700.00 refund because I was billed on a closed account for 5 months. I get a different answer every time I call. What does it take to be refunded money?

@comcast @Xfinity I have called over 16 times over the course of the last 5 months trying to get a refund resolved. @xfinity billed me for 5 months to a closed account after I moved from Miami to Mount Dora. They owe me over $700.00. When will I finally be refunded?!?
