But when Congressman Bill Nelson put himself in the budget to ride on the Shuttle and eat a grapefruit in outer-space, NASA called him anvil. As in dead weight.

@Mdixon55 He is an enigma. Blunt, sometimes mean, and always unwavering. He makes enemies daily and doesn't care. But he treats his constituents very well and they love him for it. He studies hard and knows the subject matter. Once you really know him, can't help but love him; I do.
