I've been accused of being blunt, so here's PR 101 in under 40 c's: 1) Media is not the 'enemy'; 2) To be effective, tell the truth; 3) Do your own job rather than telling reporters how to do theirs; 4) If you can't master 1-3, don't expect to get the media coverage you want.

All rush hour trains should be two level cars. How is this hard to understand that during rush hour on a commuter line we need more seats? #NJTransit people with children, elderly - everyone needs a seat when you pay $15/ticket

Look at this RUDE lady in blue on the NJ Transit board looking at her cell phone during public comments.

NJ Transit board members are always distracted with their cell phones when the public is making comments.

This happened at the Operations and Customer Service committee meeting on 5/29.

When is NJ Transit going to show respect to riders?

1 hour 15 minutes to get to work—and standing the entire time. No seat on NJ Transit, no seat on PATH, packed conditions everywhere. This is becoming the normal commuting experience for paying riders. Exhausting and unacceptable.

Question @NJTRANSIT_NEC @NJTRANSIT @NJTransit_CA Why are you forcing us to activate our tickets before the train comes? Last week one train was cancelled and the next delayed so I went home. We shouldn’t have to pay for a service that’s not being provided. @njdotcom
