FYI, I'm trying to have this issue resolved over 24 hours now & still unable to even speak to a human being about the issue. Customer Service is disgraceful from my experience.

@dublinbusnews That does not explain how 3 of the buses just dropped off the app though. If there was a delay fair enough, but I was at stop 168 and there was one due in 6 minutes. Surely there was not a bus stuck in one spot for nearly 50 minutes?

@dublinbusnews At stop 168 over 50 minutes. 3 buses just dropped off the real time tracker when they get minutes away. What is the issue? There are people waiting here in cold and rain. This is unacceptable!
