Every Tatkal booking, the same story.
10:00 AM to 10:07 AM,the IRCTC website hangs due to overload. By the time it starts working,confirmed tickets are gone.This happens repeatedly. Such a critical public service should be reliable.@AshwiniVaishnaw @RailMinIndia , @IRCTCofficial

The IRCTC site hung from 10 AM. By the time it worked, tickets were gone.

If the site wasn't working, how were tickets booked? Are touts getting access through other channels?
