1997: Master refused my promotion to the rank of C/O in Fleet Management. I joined Sinha Shipping directly as C/O, worked 7.5m. Did Master exams, joined MOL. Got my command in MOL & became Supt. Same Master applied for job in MOL in 2005 & it was my turn to approve.
