My money has been stuck for months. Customers shouldn't suffer because of regulatory or operational issues. @RBI while taking action customer interests should also have been protected by allowing enough time to withdraw funds before operations were affected

@Paytm If there were issues with your bank if there was a risk of RBI taking action against your license, you should have informed your customers in advance so they could withdraw their money on time. you have held customers money for the past 4 months and continue to send the same mssg
