Milky Mist Dairy Food Ltd, the Tamil Nadu-based packaged dairy products maker, has raised about Rs 482 crore (around $51 million), in a pre-IPO funding round led by Jongsong Investments Pte Ltd, an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of Temasek Holdings.

The fundraise includes a primary infusion of around Rs 357 crore and a secondary share sale worth approximately Rs 125 crore.
