As a moderator, I’d like to add people who have applied to join the community, but there’s way too many people who have applied, (like over 20 K) so to try to scroll down and add people who first applied is almost impossible.

Those people are in “pending” purgatory. Would be cool to add a filter like “first applied” as “most recently” applied is default.

Both @GitobuImanyara and Nicholas Sumba miss the point completely. The historical point they make was valid between 1981 to 2023. It is now obsolete and totally irrelevant. What they both fail to appreciate (GI's omission is deliberate) is that the challenges facing the judiciary TODAY are internal (CJ KOOME's inability to provide leadership, rampant corruption in the courts, inefficient courts, incompetent and clueless judges, alcoholism, sexual abuse of female employees(taboo subject) etc) and not external. H.E @@WilliamsRuto's call for reforms and removal of corrupt judges was not in any way an attempt to exert control or influence over the judiciary. To the contrary, it was a desperate call to address the crippling internal challenges facing the judiciary and to which CJ KOOME is oblivious to!
