My take is that the artwork is just photos of miniatures with AI used to add backgrounds and effects. Since the six-fingered Marine in question resembles this particular model, I think the AI interpreted a small details as a sixth finger, and nobody caught it before publishing. The point is that GW is full of shit.

Nevaeh Crain was 6 months pregnant, was happy to be pregnant, and was not seeking an abortion.

She went to the hospital and was diagnosed with strep and a urinary tract infection and dismissed, despite signs of sepsis. Both she and her baby tragically died due to substandard care. An abortion was not necessary to save her.
