Oops...Defrosted my Wagyu Top Sirloin too early. Tomorrow is Good Friday so Wagyu Beef Stew ain't gonna happen. Browned the Beef, Deglazed the Drippings and it's safely tucked away in the Fridge for Wagyu Beef Stew Saturday Dinner.
Another fairly decent day in the Southern Tier of New York. Grilled a Pork Chop topped with Linda's Homemade Award Winning BBQ Sauce, a Naked Smashed Tator and Green Beans.
