Oil will go yellow and look pretty naff in no time at all.

A good non-yellowing waterbased paint is the way forward.

Customer genuinely couldn't believe the difference.

Not anymore.

Much harder to get work with people who class themselves as "Handymen" who try their hand at all manner of things, undercutting the skilled decorator.

Or the skilled decorator is always at the bottom of chain on projects because it's not seen as a necessity.

Last year I said no more as I ended up around a month behind because of one taking too long because of weather.

Then took on around 5/6 this year!
