Good Evening & gSleep guys
What I find most interesting about Gotchi Labs is not how many AI products they could launch, but how deliberately they are choosing to build the ecosystem.
Instead of trying to cover every consumer category at once, they are starting with a product that already has real users and real demand.
@Sleepagotchi is the first piece of that foundation.
It is already live in Health and Wellness, giving Gotchi Labs something far more valuable than a roadmap: an actual consumer product generating real-world usage and feedback.
From there, the ecosystem can expand vertically, introducing specialized AI agents where demand becomes clear:
• Shopping and Commerce
• Fitness and Exercise
• Productivity and Daily Life
• Other everyday use cases
Each agent can stay focused on solving a specific problem, while $CHI provides the connective layer for access, rewards, and commerce across the broader ecosystem.
That distinction matters.
Sleepagotchi doesn't need to be the entire vision. It can be the first proof point.
Ship a product → learn from real users → identify demand → build the next vertical → connect everything through shared infrastructure.
That creates a much more natural path toward a consumer AI ecosystem.
Rather than launching everything on day one and hoping users follow, Gotchi Labs can let actual behavior guide what comes next.
And that sequential, user-led approach is what makes the long-term vision interesting to me. 🦖
