It’s finally live! 🙌✨
I’ve released music built around brainwave responses, physiological reactions, primitive memory, and acoustic/physical properties.
The standard plan is designed to support faster sleep onset and deeper sleep.
The upper tier also includes a 60-minute relaxation album.
And honestly… if this still doesn’t help you sleep, it may be beyond what music alone can solve 😅
As for the relaxation tracks:
after listening, take a deep breath.
You may notice your breathing feels different 😊

Subscriptions through iOS are slightly more expensive due to platform fees, so browser checkout is recommended 😇

Sleep onset latency was reduced by 51%.
This comes from a 2024 study by Korea University and Seoul National University, which compared silence with sleep music.
See? The effect of sleep music on falling asleep is remarkable.
As a side note, the study also found reduced sympathetic nervous system activity and improved post-waking sleepiness scores.
I am no longer insomniac.
I don’t have sleepless nights anymore,
I don’t wake up with my heart racing,
and I start every morning feeling refreshed and energized.
To achieve that, I spent a full year studying, researching, referencing, and combining methods to create my music.
My music is built on over a century of research into sleep through sound — grounded in the knowledge of universities and scientists since the 19th century.
Are you trying to reduce your sleeping medication?
Why not try this for free for 7 days?
Just play the music at bedtime and let yourself drift off to sleep.
It’s designed not only to help you fall asleep, but also to reduce that groggy feeling when you wake up.
Magnesium helps regulate your autonomic nervous system and stabilize your heart rate,
which makes it a powerful ally for better sleep.
But here’s the catch:
Most cheap magnesium supplements (magnesium oxide) have an absorption rate of under 10%,
meaning they work almost like a laxative rather than a proper supplement.
The solution? Pure cocoa.
With four heaping spoonfuls — not teaspoons, but regular meal-sized spoons —
you get about 80–100g of pure cocoa, which is enough to cover your entire daily magnesium requirement.
The problem is…
pure cocoa refuses to dissolve.
It clumps. It fights back.
It’s a stubborn little troublemaker.
But the fix is ridiculously simple.
Just sprinkle the cocoa gently on top of a glass of water
and leave it in the fridge overnight.
In the morning, give it a quick stir with a spoon
and it melts instantly 🫠
Can’t fall asleep? Still tired when you wake up?
There’s a good chance you’re dealing with a state called hyperarousal caused by stress.
Don’t feel particularly stressed?
The thing is, modern life is filled with countless sources of stress whether we consciously notice them or not.
And over time, that can affect everything from the autonomic nervous system to sleep quality.
One conclusion I arrived at was simple:
Guide the body back toward natural rhythms.
Not spirituality. Science.
Using brainwave patterns and physiological responses to help guide the mind and body back toward their natural biological rhythm.
That’s what my music is designed to do.

Alcohol can help you fall asleep.
But it affects sleep depth even more than it helps sleep onset.
In that sense, it’s similar to sleeping pills.
Trading sleep quality for overwhelming drowsiness.
That’s why I believe this:
Deep sleep is far more valuable than simply falling asleep.

Autonomic nervous system dysfunction has become a serious issue in modern society.
It’s no longer a problem limited to middle-aged people carrying the weight of society.
Even younger generations are struggling with it.
I went through a period where my hands shook so badly that even writing was difficult.
I tried saunas, supplements, and many other approaches.
But the real problem was stress.
If you don’t address the cause, the autonomic nervous system doesn’t truly recover.
Then I discovered that certain elements embedded in sound and music may influence the autonomic nervous system.

@saen_dev That’s interesting.
It can track sleep too?
Are the sounds mainly nature/ambient sounds, or does it use any kind of entrainment approach as well?
Some people can’t fall asleep.
Others sleep, but never feel fully restored.
In many ways, that’s become normal in modern society.
But from a biological perspective,
it’s not a natural state.
There’s a lot of music out there claiming things like:
“Fall asleep in 1 minute.”
“Reset yourself in 10 seconds.”
If those claims were really true,
they’d practically be weapons.
The human brain doesn’t respond that easily.
Everyone feels tired in the morning now.
But this is actually an unnatural normal.
What do you think is causing it?
Tell me in the comments.

I thought waking up exhausted was normal.
Turns out, my brain never really recovered during sleep.
Most people think mornings are the problem.
Sometimes the real problem started the night before.

I’ve been getting a lot of messages, so here’s what happened.
The sleep album (designed for faster sleep onset & deeper sleep) was removed last night.
I’m currently discussing with the platform,
but recovery is unlikely.
Most likely reason:
By eliminating wake-up elements as much as possible,
the tracks were judged as too similar.
But this isn’t made for entertainment.
If I change that, it stops being a sleep album.
So I’m shifting strategy.
I’ll release it on Gumroad instead.

@DrKristieLeong Completely agree with this.
The nervous system seems to respond much better to stable rhythm and consistency than to “catch-up sleep.”
Really appreciated the evidence-based explanation.
