@ShawInfo hey how many service calls does it take to replace the underground cable? We’re at 4+ calls, 2 cables on the ground across the alley and TWO paying customers absolutely not happy.

Through back yard, down the alley a couple houses then crossed the alley to the box. Not ideal but they said they’d need the ground to thaw to run new underground cable. Spring comes, another service call. New tech says they shouldn’t have 🧵
