Hi, how is it possible that cargo tracking of such a tech savvy and successful company works with a lag of 24-48 hrs. Customer service numbers dont work and emails remain unanswered. Replies to urgent matters are planned to be done in 3 days??

@wheelseye The number 9370093700 is not for full/partial truck booki gs. The executive taking the call acts totally ignorant. Do you assign RMs to relationships?? Customer care number links on app do not work. RMs numbers starting with 080 are never picked.

Applied for a Paytm QR in the month of June 2026. As signatories were travelling we provided the complete set of docs on 20th July. Since then it is only promises and delays.... we are highly disappointed as precious time has been lost..
