A fraudulent transaction on my credit card while speaking with the call centre of yes Bank and I am running from pillar to post for a month and a half talking to contact centre and branch but to no avail.

As a community we lost trust in the @Airtel_Presence,@airtelindia support. We don't have a person to contact and customer care doesn't seem to care apart from giving new date.With no choice, as a community we will think of shifting connection to different ISP provider.

@airtelindia broadband services were disrupted due to #CycloneMichuang in our community of 100+ houses. All the other ISP's have restored their networks. only @Airtel_Presence have issues n keep pushing the date of restoration. Now the new date 12th Dec
