The flat we were evicted from a year ago due to it being unsafe to live in is up for rent again for £400pcm MORE than what we were paying!!!

I feel like I have some moral obligation to find out if it's actually been fixed before they make people pay that much rent

Also there was no kickboards under the kitchen units and the exterior was full of holes, so rats just ran in and out freely.
Our front garden had a sewage pipe leaking in to it so it was basically a swamp and unusable
