Rj Link International Inc. designed an agricultural solution for our customer using our base model D101 to power a manure pump. This version of our D101 gearbox can handle quite a bit. It was designed to handle 1000 RPM off of a PTO connection on a tractor at 75 HP.

Recently a customer was faced with a competitor’s gearbox that failed on a pumping application. Rj Link was able to provide a G100 style gearbox to prevent flooding. In this application the G100 was rated for a gear ratio 1:1 with 1,500 RPM and 100 HP driving the input shaft.

Rj Link International fulfilled our customers requirements with our D190 gearbox driven by a hydraulic fluid motor with a C pump pad to handle: 135 horsepower with 1,200 RPM at a 2:1 ratio. The design also implemented an electrical 12 volt clutch that handles up to 700 ft-lbs.
