@AvivaUK Four weeks will be completed this Friday, and my vehicle still hasn’t even been inspected by your validation team. At this rate, I’m anticipating it will take another four weeks before I receive any payment.
That means wasting two months of insurance premiums without driving.
@AvivaUK Oh, I’m glad at least the Social Media team reads the posts. However, in your DMs, all I’ve heard is that you’ve been speaking to the relevant team and that they’ll get back to me. So far, there’s been no resolution. It’s quite disappointing, to be honest.
@AvivaUK My motor insurance claim was reported 19 days ago, and I still haven’t received a single call or email. Every time I contact your team, I’m told someone will be assigned, but I’ve heard the same thing for 2 weeks. Very disappointing service from the UK’s No.1 insurer
