If customers are paying extra for seat delivery, the order should actually be delivered to the seat. Need proper justification and resolution for this.

Paid โน820 for a food order through bookmyshow, worth โน780 because of โconvenience feesโ for screen delivery. But during the interval, I still had to go collect the order myself from the counter.
