Another significant milestone in strengthening India's skilling ecosystem.

Under the leadership of NSDC CEO, Shri Arunkumar Pillai, NSDC exchanged *four strategic MoUs during the Industry–Academia–SSC Conclave organized under the NAMO Gujarat Kaushalya Rozgar Mission by the Government of Gujarat.

The MoUs were signed with:
- Directorate of Skill Development, Government of Gujarat
- Kaushalya – The Skill University, Government of Gujarat
- Gujarat Technological University (GTU)
- GIFT City @Giftcity_

These strategic partnerships will strengthen industry–academia collaboration, foster innovation-led learning, promote future-ready skilling, and create greater employability opportunities for the youth of Gujarat.

Together, we continue to strengthen India's skilling ecosystem and advance the Hon'ble Prime Minister's vision of a Skilled India.

The National Apprenticeship Awareness Workshop at GEZIA, Gandhinagar, marked a key step in bridging the gap between classrooms and careers. Jointly organised by the Regional Directorate of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (RDSDE), Gujarat and the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), it aimed to drive the adoption of Apprenticeship Training, equipping youth with industry-ready skills.

Graced by Shri K. J. Rathod (IAS), Director, Directorate of Skill Development, Government of Gujarat, the event brought together representatives from the Board of Apprenticeship Training (BOAT), industry bodies, and other stakeholders. Discussions emphasised the importance of aligning young talent with evolving industry demands, thereby ensuring a steady pipeline of skilled professionals to support national growth.

By fostering collaboration between government, industry, and training partners, the workshop showcased how India’s skilling initiatives are shaping a workforce ready to lead with competence, innovation, and purpose, strengthening the nation’s journey towards a Viksit Bharat.
