When I reached out to your staff to complain all I got was a copy and pasted answer.

I enjoyed Starfleet Academy. I am saddened that it will end after Season 2.
@DJSnM@AerLingus Unfortunately for a family trip I had planned they moved my booking for both flights, I was not happy about the time they moved them too, and then had to pay the rebooking fee.
I lodged a complaint because while things happen etc, charging me extra for what they did is not on.
