@strstyler @3ubble_3ee I did keto diet for a yr, lost weight but seemed impossible to stick to it. You have those days that you just want a normal meal. If you do, throws you out of kenosis and ruins the diet. So, then I bought https://t.co/9VkG3d9M6c. Can cheat once in a while and still lose.

Then you look at the GOP states which don't even pay a decent min wage. Those are the ones that need food stamps and welfare.
