Royal Ascot 2026 marks the third and final year of our partnership with Ascot Racecourse Supports.

The initiative has already raised £65,000 for RoR, and this year £5,000 will be donated for every winner ridden by Ryan Moore during Royal Ascot (16–20 June).

We’re delighted to welcome @HotToTrotRacing as supporters of the RoR Elite Performance Award for Dressage 2026!

This award celebrates the versatility of former racehorses beyond the track, recognising those who go on to excel in dressage. We’re thrilled to have Hot to Trot Racing supporting this special accolade.

Huge congratulations to @RacingGrants on reaching the incredible milestone of £40m in charitable funding for British racing 👏

We are proud that Retraining of Racehorses has been a beneficiary of eight Racing Foundation grants since 2012. Most recently, a £321,000 co-funded grant from the Racing Foundation and the John Pearce Foundation is supporting work to improve the framework that helps horses take their first step out of training, strengthening aftercare provision and welfare outcomes.

NEW: Racing Foundation Hits £40million Charitable Funding Landmark

Today we’re pleased to share that the Racing Foundation has surpassed £40million in charitable funding since its establishment.

Since 2012, the Racing Foundation has:
🔸 Awarded £41m across 330 charitable grants
🔸 Supported 82 charities & organisations
🔸 Invested £27m in Racing’s People
🔸 Committed over £8m to Equine Welfare
🔸 Funded £3m in ESG initiatives, including environmental sustainability, social impact and racing’s social license to operate
🔸 Retained flexibility to fund emerging and exceptional needs across racing, including during Covid-19

Crucially, this has been achieved while protecting the original endowment, ensuring the Racing Foundation can continue giving sustainably for years to come.
