The older you get, the more you realize you want a quiet, peaceful life, and the less you want to be around drama, stress, or conflict any longer. You just want a calm, cozy home, good food on your table, and to be surrounded by your favourite people.
If you're serious about abundance, be serious about being accountable. Surround yourself with people who call you out on your bullsh*t and communicate with you when you do something that hurts or bothers them so you can apologize, change your behavior, be accountable, and grow.
If you can't do yoga, stretch your body when you wake up.
If you can't practice mindfulness, take deep breaths when you're stressed.
If you can't visualize your dreams, write down your goals.
And if you can't attend a retreat, find peace in nature.
They’ll call you delusional, whole time you’re a visionary, manifesting and creating your own reality. Working with the laws of the universe. If that’s delusional, I’ll be that.
Normalize listening to your body. Your body can literally reject another person's energy. You will feel really uncomfortable anytime bad energy disturbs your spirit. Discomfort is the body’s voice. Listening to your body and honouring what it's telling you is top tier self-care.
