I recently had transmission failure on my VW Tiguan 2020 model and asked VW to step in as the low mileage vehicle (55 000kms) was out of warranty. VW South Africa refused to assist citing “driving style” . Quite concerning given there’s a US class action in progress?

@qatarairways Or get stranded in Shanghai for over 24hrs (18th Jan) where they refused to admit cancellation so people couldn’t rebook other flights! With no information provided, or help. 22hrs later first sms. Never seen anything like it in my life. Shocking!
