@AmazonHelp They could not solve it - asked for my no. - got a call arranged , on the call was told to wait for another 3-5 days - as another correct ticket has been raised this is a vicious cycle and has been repeating for the past month.

@AmazonHelp Part 5 - Really frustrated to be on call everyday just to be told to wait for 3-5 business days - being talked to rudely and almost shamed for calling the executives and no reply from your official email and executives refusing to compose an email just so they are not answerable

@AmazonHelp Was trying to connect with your team for the last month and was just now rudely told by your team to cut the call as they had given the required information I'm so dissapointing that i will be filing a complaint in the consumer forum and this was the last resort

@amazonIN We have been waiting for a refund for the past 1 month - order no - # 171-5265501-6941944 , the speakers were order on Nov 5th and not received - it was mentioned same day delivery. Then we asked for a refund they said they have initiated the same.Didnt receive the money
