@rucben Hi Russell -- Our claims team should have responded to your appeal today. Regarding regulators, you are free to contact your state's Department of Insurance.
@rucben Hi Russell -- Today you should have received an email stating your claim is in the final stage of review. We appreciate your patience during this process. As you know from past experiences with us, the pandemic has affected our claims turnaround time.
@kirstenmucha @thebolden @MikeBellATL@Allianz Hi Kirsten! Sorry for the misunderstanding. The coronavirus is not covered under our base products, but, because you had purchased the Cancel for Any Reason upgrade and met the requirements of the benefit, your claim was paid at 75% of the trip cost, the benefit's maximum.
@freespeechlaw Deanna, thank you for reaching out. As I'm sure you can imagine, our claims department is experiencing an influx of claims which is causing longer than usual turnaround times. Your claim is in the final stages and will be adjudicated soon. Thank you for your patience.

@RettaB Hi Loretta -- fantastic question! Theme park tickets are an insurable expense, provided you included them in your insured trip cost. Of course, your cancellation would have to be for a covered reason. If you have specific questions, you can call us at 855-762-6744.
@sightDOING @TravelTenacious Thanks for the recommendation, Becky!

@MelinaIFlores We must adjudicate claims based on the details of the policy. When purchasing a travel insurance plan, we recommend reading the policy details to have an understanding of the coverages, benefit limits, and related time triggers.
It was our pleasure! We are always happy to help our partners make use of our great technology. We hope it makes the #travelinsurance process easier for all Travel Experts advisors!
