@WeirdGiraffes We played it several times at 2 player and really enjoyed it! Plays quickly and is fairly easy to teach. Good strategic choices and a lot of fun. We also got the playmat and I can't imagine playing without it. Haven't tried the expansion yet though.

I'm sure you've played Furnace by @ArcaneWonders , but if you haven't it's amazing.

Cascadia is also excellent.
