València you beauty! Very happy to run a PB of 2:34:24 at @maratonvalencia this past Sunday.

That’s about the most I had in me on the day! It got up to 22 degrees by the finish. The sub 2:29:59 will have to wait until @MaratonSevilla in February.

15:33 and a 5k PB at Friday (Thursday) Night Under the Lights 5k (FNUL) @FridayNights5k last night.

Yaaass! Get up there! Ran with the lead pack in my race and hung on. Buzzed with that. Great event for fast times.

Cardiff 10k 2025 - 33:03 - PB. 1st M40.
You should never be annoyed with a PB, but I'm annoyed. Wanted 32:59 for faster.

Went through 5k in 16:17. First mile was slightly too quick.

I'll get it next time!

Love a @parkrunUK! The last two parkruns, I’ve tested a couple of race shoes for @Cardiff10K. The @saucony Endorphin Elite at 16:02 and the @ASICSUK Metaspeed Sky Paris at 16:05. Got the @adidas Adizero Adios Pro 4 on the way, so will test it next to see how it compares for me!

Good blast at @poolerunners Club #Mile last night with a 4:41.

That puts me as 14th fastest in the UK overall and 1st v40 in the current 2025 UK Road 1 mile rankings.

I wonder how long that will last??!!
