@vrbo Why does a cancellation policy even matter if there is no way to cancel? Booked @StayAlfred through @vrbo - @vrbo says they can't cancel it. No way to cancel on the @vrbo site (help article on site is incorrect). @StayAlfred will not respond and hangs up on you when calling.

Update. @vrbo told me to contact the owner/management co. for a refund. The management company told me to go after VRBO for the money. This is going to be fun...... #war
