@Fly_Norwegian worst customer service I have ever encountered. Cancelled flight. I've been on calls for over 2 hours - each time agent disconnects. No direct flights. "Text" messages come in as symbols and now they are telling me there's no options - so I'm stuck in Rome
@BofA_Help Worst customer service ever - called 4 times and been on dead hold - no operator - no recording. I'm moving all business accounts - this isn't the first time this has happened. I'm posting on social media as well
