@davidpugliese The only reason for this task was that it brought practice to the artillery unit. Now that the military is so far behind in recruiting, they have to drop this in order meet operational tasks.
This was a nuce thing to do and not a necessity to do. The province can contract it out.

I have heard of desks being thrown at students, student being thrown against walls, and so on. Prove they had it worse than the rest of Canadian children.
