@Nike They should be able to say where it was used but they couldn’t do that. Then it clicked, they tell you 5-10 business days for them to get back to you so they can say it was used. That is shady for a billion dollar company.
@Nike Well they never got back to me. Followed up again last week to see what happened, the same result they said $0 balance and the card was compromised. How could it be compromised or used if I didn’t even use it.
@Nike They emailed me back that the gift card had a $0 balance. How is that possible if o didn’t use it. Then I called back again and the guy I spoke to said he sees on the notes that the gift card has $50 and that Nike should have a resolution for me by the Jan. 16.
@Nike She said she will open a claim and all I had to do was upload a picture of the back of the gift card when Mike assist emails me for it. She stated that it would take about 5-10 business days. Ok cool no problem. Jan.7 they email me and I upload the picture.
@Nike it is very disappointing dealing with customer service. I have a gift card that the last 2 PIN numbers didn’t show up. Called customer service on Dec. 30 to see what I can do about it. They last checked the gift card and said it had $50 on it.
