@YWHelp No one said the water was going off, poor comms, just 'surprise' we've turned it off and then gone shortly afterwards. I appreciate that you can not predict the leak, but we could have bottled some water for drink etc if we would have known.
@YWHelp we are delighted that you are updating the pipes in Totley hopefully that means the end of burst pipes in the future. In the present though, the works are leaving massive trenches on the roads, which is causing people issues with parking, is there an ETA on filling them?

@nectar since contacting you about stolen points, and trying to sort a new card/account everything is broken. I can't log in to either the old or new account, the advice to wait a few hours is flawed.
@virginmedia just what I wanted to get home to, your contractor has dumped their stuff in our communal parking area taking up multiple spaces. They have also run their digger over my front garden & chewed the grass up. Better be a good and cheap deal when they are done.
