@RoyalMail who do you contact when you are supposed to have an item delivered, but instead get a “could not deliver as no-one in” email, when you are in waiting for the delivery, and your Ring and cctv cameras show no delivery was even attempted?

Ordered 5 items for £284.33 on 17th Oct. 2 parcels delivered 20th Oct. One item cost £87.00 – was not delivered. Contacted Customer Services 3 times no resolution. Not very helpful.

And they now come over here on boats as Brexit removed our right to return them to the EU country they came from. That Brexit that you probably voted for because Farage said it would get rid of immigration.
