@KellyHrudey Thanks for sharing with @GordStellick today. It's eye-opening to hear of an elite athlete experiencing the same issues many people go through. You do deserve the success you have, Kelly. We'd never treated others like we treat ourselves sometimes.

A Michigan sheriff joined protesters on Saturday, putting down his weapon and saying, "I want to make this a parade, not a protest." https://t.co/ZwzeMibesh
The @ONenergy statement that the 12.8 cent rate is based on the average cost of electricity checks out - A sample of 30 of so condominiums - 19% at Peak....18% at Mid-Peak...63% at Off-Peak = 12.9 cents per kWh.
Those on hourly receive the "benefit" of the GA (Global Adjustment) being capped at 11.5 cents for now. Those on 2-tiered receive the benefit of the higher usage winter tier staying in effect.
This "COVID-19 Recovery Rate" of 12.8 cents per kWh will apply ONLY to those that are under Time of Use. Those paying "hourly" (HOEP+GA) or those still on a 2-tier plan are not impacted.
