@virginmedia The phone line seems to have returned. But it still worries us that when oriiginally explaining the situation to your helpdesk one of the responses was we can't talk to you and you will send a letter to us in the post. Clearly they did not understand our predicament

@virginmedia yet another outage, this leaving an 86 year old who is recovering from a stroke without the essential panic alarm. Tried to speak to helpdesk who get the award for the most unhelpful and uncaring.
