@BarryNSmith79 There’s a lot in that clip that I agree with. Teachers need support and strong, fair, transparent and reasonable discipline backed by a clear behaviour policy and Head who allows all of their staff to hold the line.

@thosethatcan The unexpected ‘have a nice evening sir’ at the end of the day as students leave to go home. There are loads. You just have to keep yourself open to them all and sometimes force them to be noticed by others in the way they are celebrated. Nice thread. Well done!
