Having been cast recently as ‘elderly gentleman reading newspaper’ in a short film set in the Victorian era, this old thread (which is still being added to!) is of interest to me. @MeatBingo @emrichrdsn Emma did a great job in sourcing actual newspapers from the time.

Another fantastic #HMHB gig. Spent the whole gig with a massive grin on my face, enjoyed ‘singing’ along to the classics and they even found time for covers of Dean Martin and The Undertones. Just wonderful.

I'm gutted to hear the news that Kevin O'Neill has passed away.

He was one of the most incredibly, genuinely unique artists in comics, his style was uncompromising and full of rich, visceral detail.

What a loss.
