I did some preparatory sketches during Lockdown before venturing there in 2021 just after it reopened. Starved of culture, I felt as though I had set foot in Alice’s Wonderland.

‘House for an Art Lover’ was originally designed by Charles Rennie Mackintosh in 1901 and eventually built between 1989 and 1996 in the grounds of Bellahouston Park, Glasgow South Side.
Really loving this new series Rick. St.Ives is exquisite in so many ways. Lovely piece on Alfred Wallace and the grave designed by Bernard Leach. Prayed there many times when visiting the Tate. #bernardleach#stives#Bahai@Bahai
A quiet moment recording sound at Godrevy Beach filming my second series in Cornwall which starts tonight at 6.30 on @BBCTwo Hope you like it @sasstein was there and we were talking about To The Lighthouse
Witnessing the creative process in action is a truly wonderful experience. It’s a right-brain thing, just ask Dr. Iain McGilchrist and John Cleese. Having seen you perform live on a couple of occasions Omid, it is a thing of exquisite beauty.
Hugely enjoyable Omid. Sally’s a lovely presenter too. It was quite a history lesson for me. I like the point you made about female activists. #Bahai@bbcsml
@FatherColin1 Yes, the materialist would argue that our material existence and comfort is all that is required, and views ill health and poverty and the like to be avoided, rather than welcomed.
I’ve been using this brand of acrylic paint for the last 15 years. They are great to use and give excellent results. Sad news. @ddraig_goch@VisualArtsScot@bordersartfair
@FatherColin1 Thanks Colin,

Our central theme over coming yr is to explore the relationship between art, nature & humanity. Excited to be working with @Mackenzie400 for over a yr on a major sculpture: Project Woodland Structure, which takes his wonderful visual framework into a physical form.
