@ashviniksaxena @TheHockeyPaper A very ignorant reply - it is not the umpires fault - they had impeccable games and were given the ‘go’ to start the shoot out … technical issues are out of their hands, the umpire quite rightly blew for back stick only to be told about the clock issue!!
