Today was the @mayorofwarwick Civic & Folk Festival Service. It's not every Sunday the service is delivered partly on stilts! Followed by entertainment by groups of Morris Dancers.

We enjoyed two @PechaKucha #Leamington presentations and two excellent performances by Millennial Wizard and @MotionhouseDT at this evening's WDC Ignite 2024 event at The Pump Rooms.

A brilliant day at The Armed Forces Day @ArmedForcesDay at St Nicholas Park. We met some wonderful people from local organisations giving their time in support of our military personnel, past, present and future. Thank you to all who made today's event a success.

This afternoon I was delighted to attend the unveiling of this memorial to The Royal Warwickshire Regiment unveiled at Warwick Castle by HRH The Duke of Kent.

Today was the Annual Church Service of the Provincial Grand Lodge of @warksfreemasons at St Mary's Church.
Thank you to all those who looked after us today, especially @philhall43 for the tour and education. It was also very enlightening to learn about their charitable work.

Today saw the official opening of Fusiliers Way in Warwick, which has been so named in honour of the Royal Regiment of Fusiliers and its predecessors. The event was proudly supported by Warwick School Combined Cadet Force and The Fusilier Association.

Today I was honoured to pay my respects at the memorial fountain in Jephson Gardens
to the 7 Czechoslavakian soldiers who took part in the successful assassination of Reinhard Heydrichat code named Operation Anthropoid, during WWII.
