@TheRangeUK Update so I get a call yesterday regarding the blinds and he tells me he will find a solution just give him an hour he says, now been waiting a day and a half. This just shows your commitment to customer service #justwanttobuyblinds
@therangecentre Have visited 3stores that all showed stock, none had any. I don't see how your poor control and systems are my problem. I just want the blinds to finish my house.

@therangecentre I already did that Via your customer services email and was told I could order them online and pay for delivery, was told they wouldn't refund what I already had as it's past 14 days why am I being penalised for your Kent managers awful stock control
@TheRangeUK Shocking service by your Kent stores over the last 6 weeks, Website shows you have stock, go to store not in stock. Chatham, Maidstone, Ashford. Customer service email was worse, Unable to return unused items for refund even though you can't sell us what we want?
@virginmedia 3 Working days is an unacceptable time given that this is completely virgins error this request should be prioritised accordingly. With the bank holiday that puts us at WEDNESDAY!!!!

@virginmedia Broadband still not reconnected after you incorrectly disconnected it. Complaint no c-2704232001 my wife now can't work from home today #lossofearnings
@virginmedia Yesterday at about 7pm, when will we be reconnected my wife is loosing earnings the whole time this is off and we expect to be fully reimbursed due to this issue being solely caused by the incompetence of virgin media. I have been with virgin since 2016 the service is shocking!!!
@virginmedia the operative knew nothing of the calls, i explained what should be happening and was assured all was going ahead as planned. Come yesterday my broadband has been cut off this has interrupted my sons homeschooling and today has stopped my wife working today

The issue has happened due to me requesting to remove the tv from my package, i have had several calls on 27/3 saying i was in breach of contract. Phoned back same day to resolve
@virginmedia The complete lack of actually looking into this before replying shows the lack of any customer care, I literally gave you the complaint reference if you would prefer me to air the complain in a public forum that is your choice
@virginmedia your service and resolution so far has been shocking. I literally couldn't have been clearer in my request the damage your incompetence has done to my sons learning is unexcusable

@virginmedia Really! It's In my complaint email, you have incorrectly disconnected my broadband leaving my child without Internet to do his home schooling. You were also unable to tell me when I will actually be reconnected
