@FrankAtHPP There are a handful of games that would be worth this price tag, but very, very few - I’d mainly just wait until the ones they try and sell at this price point inevitably go on sale 6 months to a year down the line and then finally jump in
@FrankAtHPP A good game is still a good game regardless of its age, and a lot of older games are a lot more experimental, in a good way. I do also appreciate the simplicity of some older games and lack of updates, micro transactions, etc. I play probably 70% recent and 30% older titles
@miiyashei Honestly the best top down Zelda in my opinion. The 3d ones get a lot more love because they have much larger scopes, but for a really tight and focused Zelda experience, this one tops the list for sure
@RetroBlastUS For me it’s the levelling and perk system, alongside the overall story that makes me prefer oblivion. Skyrim definitely plays better though. They each have their merits
@SlLENTPRINCESS The controls of the original were extremely inconsistent, and the story loses all momentum about 1/4 of the way in until the last 5% of the game. The hd remaster fixes the controls for those of us who had issues at least, but the pacing still needs to be reworked.
@LuigiBlood So much of the PS5 design baffles me. I still don’t understand why it’s multiple menus deep to turn off the console or put it into rest mode, and actually fully quitting a game on its own is a headache. Everything’s counterintuitive
@SnomanGaming Definitely worth the price tag, it has a lot of content, over 30hrs I’d estimate if you want to do everything. It’s very solid, a nice melding of old and new zelda, but does have some small issues. Would recommend.
@NHendizadeh The majority of fast food places have had their food become so low quality over the last decade that it’s honestly jarring if you haven’t been there in years. They can get away with a lot because of people just straight up being addicted to their flavours.
@Nintendeal Noticed a few frame drops once and awhile but usually just while exploring the overworld, never during anything critical, so was a non-issue for me
Came across this picture I made to try and explain the BS Satellaview Zelda games in my recent Legend Of Zelda videos and it made me laugh. I would watch most of these shows!
@retrokatg Depends where you draw the line when it comes to stuff being retro, but I’ve picked up a fair few GameCube and ps2 games recently. Further back then that it’s not common unless it’s a really great deal or I need it for a video or something.
@Radical_Reggie I’d be surprised. They’ve tried to sell reproductions passing as legitimate copies before and their pricing was typically even higher than ebay, it might find a casual audience that still uses 1 generation back hardware but most actual collectors are probably going to avoid it
@TwitchSupport Holy crap, as some one who knows a lot of faceless streamers, I can’t imagine how terrible that was and how much damage it could have/may have caused for the . Why is this being forced on exactly? Is a full disable / opt out button really such a crazy concept?
Don’t post on here that often, but just released a video on YouTube that is the first video in a long series I’ve been working on for over a year, if it sounds like something you’d be interested it would mean the world to me if you check it out.
@LoveRetroBTW Movie theatres - most of them in my area still have them. Usually there was guitar hero, sometimes mario kart and often the terminator fps arcade game for some reason.
