Just read that legendary former #WxmAFC kitman Alan Jones has passed away.
He retired in 2020 and was a hugely respected and well liked man in and around the dressing room.
He always used his trusted shopping trolley to help with his matchday duties.
RIP Alan π
π It is with great sadness that Leamington FC announce the passing of Tim Holland, after a battle with illness.
Tim, who stepped away from his duties at the club in 2024 due to his illness, was a vital part of Paul Holleranβs management team for many years.
Tim was part of the team that won the 2013 Southern Premier League title, and played his part in our Play Off victories in 2017 and 2024 as well as the 2017, 2019 and 2022 Birmingham Senior Cup wins.
Everyone at Leamington Football Club sends our thoughts, prayers and condolences to Timβs family and friends.
A Brakes legend, who will truly be missed.
What an incredibly insightful and thought provoking day had at the @VSIExecEd AI in Sports Summit!!
Some incredible speakers, discussing and delving into the evolution of AI, mastering the use of AI and the lack of research into neurodiversity in sport.
The term legend gets thrown around a lot these days, but Joey truly embodied the word in every sense.
One of the greatest personalities I had the privilege of getting to know during my time at Wrexham!
RIP, Joey. My thoughts and condolences are with his family and friends β€οΈ
Wrexham AFC are devastated to learn of the passing of Club legend Joey Jones.
A true Club legend, on and off the pitch, with time for everybody he met, Joey will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
