@John_McKee@bt_uk Hi John did you get anywhere with @bt_uk ? I’ve got exactly the same issue no activation until April but sold #hybridconnect as a short term fix before activation. But now I’m staring at a white light and blue signal bars.

The rubbish situation at Basepoint HighWycombe is becoming a joke and a health hazard. Someone at Basepoint HQ needs to the this sorted. We pay for a weekly collection as part of our contract you so far have managed 2 in the last 2 months.
@PixieTenenbaum IF I could get paid for it I'd love it too. But I'm ready to work now. Even if its at a distance :) in fact at a distance would be prefered
