@BawlSports Very true, even if you don't agree with every move he has made, you can at least see and appreciate the logic behind the decisions. I really think the Bulls have found themselves an excellent executive in Bryson Graham
@Ramina1690 The #Bulls might be low on wins, but I am confident this roster and with Splitter as coach they will be high on developing young talent. Gotta give a plan like this a few years to play out, but it looks good to me.
I’m all-in on the BG moves. To the doubters: who did you want instead? Mitchell Robinson? Dean Wade? Quentin Grimes on long-term, overpriced deals?
The Bulls added:
✅ Norm Powell — an All-Star this past season.
✅ Nic Claxton — a 27-year-old elite rim protector on a reasonable contract.
✅ Caleb Wilson & Swain in the draft — two exciting young pieces with real upside.
This roster is better today, more balanced, and still has flexibility for the future. We’re cooking with gas. Get on board. LFG. 🔥🐂 #BullsNation
Exactly! #Bulls fans gotta chill. You need guys like Powell and Claxton to provide an environment where young players can learn the NBA game and improve their skills. I assure you it would not be good for Caleb Wilson's development to surround him with zero talent for a year.
Really like the Powell signing and again, I think the 2nd round stuff gave us bad vibes. overall, these are fine moves for a team at the start of a rebuild. No long term deals, got some shooting, still have some money left. Baby steps, but steps nonetheless.
@TeriRadichel Claude: Great news, Fable is back!
Me: hey why is Opus suddenly annoyingly dumber and periodically unavailable due to server-side "overload" 🤔
@ZenMasterMike So far a great offseason from Bryson Graham. Splitter looks like a good fit for a young team, added Claxton + Powell on reasonable deals, have some draft picks to develop, and the two-way spots are being used to evaluate young players. #Bulls are moving in the right direction
Overall I liked the Bulls offseason…
Would’ve preferred a more available backup center than Zach Collins, and I trust Graham’s evaluation but the 2nd round pick stuff did annoy me…
But adding an elite shooter coming off an All-Star yr, getting Claxton for nothing
Good stuff
