If I ever hit a 180, I immediately want to run down the street and let all the neighbours know.

Watch how casually wannabe world champ @LennonWharf hits one as he destroys me on the oche.

He's 13. 🎯

ITV said it "stands by its journalism" and the Reform programme was "produced in compliance with the Ofcom Broadcasting Code, relevant laws, and its broadcast is in the public interest...

"Should the police get in touch we would fully cooperate.”

Parents of boy who stabbed girl at Norfolk school say he was 'corrupted' by violent online content

@itvanglia @Jess4Lowestoft "We really need to think about that and ask some big questions about the online world.

"It’s like the Wild West; it’s out of control."

Today a teenage boy obsessed with serial killers was found guilty of attempted murder after he stabbed a girl at his school.

His parents told me how their "shy lad" was corrupted by hateful, violent online content.

@itvanglia @Jess4Lowestoft "We still can’t believe he was in that dark place & the algorithms obviously kept feeding him more of the same. Much of the stuff that influenced our son in such a harmful, insidious way was readily available & much of it is mainstream entertainment that a child can easily see."

@eadie11 Top blokes! Hope you're good mate x

Tough times in the #ncfc world, so here's a lovely 'bigger than football' story 👇

33 years on from that Gossy goal - how @NorwichCityFC fan @dave_nichols found a lifesaving 'blood brother' from @FCBayern.

Warning: Distressing and graphic language

An undercover investigation by ITV Exposure into Nigel Farage’s Reform UK has found multiple elected councillors and party candidates expressing racist views and using offensive language.

ITV has obtained secretly recorded footage showing Reform officials from across England and Wales using violent, racist and sexist language.

Councillors Alan Feeney, Chris Whelan and Jamie Campbell did not reply to our request for comment. Councillors Feeney and Whelan have since resigned from Reform UK.

In a statement shared with ITV News, Reform UK said: "Where members, activists and councillors have clearly behaved inappropriately, investigations have commenced. In some cases, there have been suspensions and due process must be followed."

"Reform UK has improved and prioritised its vetting procedures, but from time to time, a handful of individuals who do not share our values will initially make it through vetting. This is the same for all organisations."

@acorncarver Glad you liked it Les - thanks for a great morning.

A great piece from @RobSetchell @itvanglia on the NFU's calls for homegrown food targets and interest free loans as a report reveals Britain is producing less food than 30 years ago. NFU Norfolk Council Rep Nick Deane and Norfolk member Louis Baugh make the case. @NFUPress

Brilliant to see @RSPBMinsmere reopen today - but brutal to witness the decimation of Dunwich Heath.

£600k now raised for its recovery, which could take 25 years. We'll have the latest on @itvanglia.

@OwenNPavey @NorthantsCCC Only my opinion - but T20 Finals Day is still my favourite day out in the cricketing calendar.

It helps when your team wins it, of course, but I love the Blast - so much better than The Hundred.

Of all the half time shows at major sporting events this weekend, Steeler the dog's victory in the T20 Mascot Derby has been - by some distance - the most entertaining.

The content you have all been waiting for...

The 2026 Mascot Derby! 😂

(And yes, we've included Daggers falling over 😉)

[Rob Setchell @RobSetchell]

@the_stonefish @NorthantsCCC It was some day, mate. Had a quick word with Olly - and warned him off beating Northants.

[Rob Setchell @RobSetchell]

Outrageous day watching @NorthantsCCC win the T20.

David Willey's boundary relay the best catch I've ever seen live - and what a finish.

Shoe Army! 👞👞👞

[Vitality T20 Blast @VitalityBlast]

Enjoy this one, @NorthantsCCC fans 🤩

The moment you won the 2026 Vitality T20 Blast!

[Lawrence Booth @BoothCricket]

Nervous about tonight. One more win and we’re nearly there. So much pressure and expectation. And think of the mockery if we lose. Northamptonshire simply have to beat Gloucestershire in the Vitality Blast T20 quarter-final at Wantage Road.
